The largest cheese, whey and butter manufacturing exposition in North America is set for April 12-14, 2016!
More than 270 suppliers of cutting-edge technology, services, software and machinery will fill the 200,000 sq. ft. Wisconsin Center in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin, for the International Cheese Technology Exposition or ICTE. The sold-out exhibit floor includes more than 500 exhibit booths and suppliers from around the world.
Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association partners with the world-renowned Center for Dairy Research to present two days of educational programming and exhibits for dairy processors. Cheese manufacturers and processors, buttermakers and whey processors may visit the exhibits free of charge.
Initiated in 1980, the ICTE remains a non-profit venture, held for the education and advancement of the dairy industry. In that spirit, the hosts and sponsors maintain the tradition of free exhibits for dairy processors, and free lunches and receptions for attendees.
